The high-quality professional ripening cabinets from the "DryAged Master" product series offer the perfect conditions for the traditional dry aging process for both commercial and private households. Thanks to sophisticated technology, the CASO Design ripening cabinets are particularly easy to handle and only require a socket to operate.

Equipped with a high-quality stainless steel front, the CASO DryAged Master is a real eye-catcher. The compressor ripening cabinets are operated intuitively via the touch control panel. The temperature is electronically adjustable from 2 to 14 °C (in 1 °C increments) and the humidity can be regulated between 50 and 85%. Thanks to the integrated H2O storage, this is even possible without a water connection. Active fans ensure a very even temperature and 3-layer UV glass protects the valuable dry-aged meat. Your premium meat matures under hygienically perfect conditions in the DryAged Master from CASO Design until it has reached the desired level of maturity. Thanks to the integrated activated carbon filter, the antibacterial UV light and the intelligent air flow, harmful bacteria and germs have no chance. The panoramic glass door can be locked if desired using the integrated lock. The DryAged Master comes with several racks and a hanging rack with meat hooks made of stainless steel. With the included accessories, large pieces of meat can be hung on the bone or placed on one of the included racks.
